“I had an incredible experience at this dental office and I cannot recommend it enough. It was on a Sunday evening and I was experiencing a dental emergency. My own dentist is out of the country in the US and I could not fly back. The dentist I work for was out of town so I couldn’t see him either. I contacted Dr. Armstrong‘s emergency number and to my surprise he answered the phone. He asked me if I can come by and since his office was located just a few blocks from where I live, I ran over. I was greeted by his lovely, beautiful wife who took all my personal information. She informed me that they were cleaning up at the office and they happen to be there by chance so I was lucky. He took a look at my problematic tooth and said he can fix it. He then relentlessly worked on it for about an hour and a half. He was all by himself and didn’t have a dental assistant, but never complained and never got frustrated. He was calm, professional, kind and mild mannered so I did not feel scared or nervous at all.. After having completed the work, he assured me that my tooth should be OK for sometime. I thank him profusely for all his efforts and the time he took to fix my tooth on his day off. Dr. Armstrong has been the longest serving dentist here in Yellowknife and he is very loved and respected by many long-term residence here in the community. Today I experienced this for the first time, understanding that he not only is a great dentist who has mastery of his craft, but also a true caring and kind human being who understood my anxiety and my sense of urgency in regards to this dental issue. To Dr. Armstrong and his lovely wife who took the time to see me on their day off,THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I will never forget this. For anyone reading, this is truly a wonderful dental office and you can rest assured that you will be in good hands and taking well care of by Dr. Armstrong and his wonderful staff.”

Very responsive and attentive and was even able to get me back in Monday morning for another checkup before I had to fly out. Great service all around!”
